RISE is looking for an experienced manager with significant experience of strategic development, management, and delivery of front line services to join RISE’s Senior Management Team. RISE’s Head of Client Services is the strategic and operational lead for the implementation and development of client centred policies, procedures and practices across RISE. They have strategic oversight, leadership and management of:

• Portal Contract which provides services for HR and MR survivors across B&H and East Sussex in partnership with CGL and Survivors Network.
• RISE’s Therapeutic and Counselling Service
• RISE’s Big Lottery Community Projects
• Clinical Governance
• Becoming a trauma informed organisation.

Ideally you will have significant experience in working in the violence against women and girls sector, or in other related fields, as a practitioner and manager. You will have experience of developing and implementing practice based systems and procedures. You will be an effective networker, and experienced at contributing to and influencing policy and practice at an internal and external strategic level, including partnerships.
