This full-time post combines two key roles within RISE. It includes a service manager role which oversees frontline services and a project manager role supporting partners across East Sussex in the delivery of our PORTAL contract.
As Service Manager (3 days) you will have a key role as part of RISE’s Operational Management Team in the strategic development of RISE Services. Service Managers work as a team to manage the Senior Practitioners and by extension frontline workers delivering RISE Services.
As Rise Portal Project Manager (2 days) you will assist senior and operational Portal managers in delivering their contractual requirements within the Portal. You will be, jointly with other managers and the Senior Management Team, responsible for developing and implementing the RISE Service Delivery Plan in line with the RISE strategic Business plan, contracts, and RISE’s outcome framework.
In this role will be instrumental in raising the profile of RISE Services and in sustaining and developing a range of partnerships, including the key Portal BHEST Partnership (RISE, Survivors Network, and CGL, with RISE as the lead contractor), delivering Domestic and Sexual Violence support services across Brighton and Hove and East Sussex.
You will have experience of managing multiple projects effectively for contract compliance in a care support, health or similar environment. You will also have experience of line management, performance management and supervision of staff as well as a good knowledge and understanding of domestic abuse and/or sexual abuse.
