Children, Young People, and Family Referral Form for Professionals

**UPDATED November 2025**

Please note that we are ONLY able accept referrals for our children's group RISING STARS at the present time. We have limited spaces available on the next group starting in January for children 8-11 years of age (up to year 6). We are currently unable to accept referrals for children outside of this age range, or for any other services.

RISING STARS runs for 8 weeks during term time. It is a creative group for learning about emotional literacy, identifying emotions in our bodies, healthy relationships, and ways of coping. This group is not for children in crisis.

Before referring, please consider whether children are able to manage themselves in a group setting, and the impact they may have on others. Please also consider whether there is anyone in the child's life who would have concerns about them attending a group around domestic abuse.

If you are a parent or guardian who would like support for your child, please contact us via our Helpline.
