Children, Young People, and Family Referral Form for Professionals

**UPDATED January 2026**

We are accepting referrals for our children's group Rising Stars and our 1-1 therapy service. Please note: we have limited spaces available on our next Rising Stars group starting in April for children 6-8 years of age.

RISING STARS runs for 8 weeks during term time. It is a creative group for learning about emotional literacy, identifying emotions in our bodies, healthy relationships, and ways of coping. This group is not for children in crisis.

Before referring, please consider whether children are able to manage themselves in a group setting, and the impact they may have on others. Please also consider whether there is anyone in the child's life who would have concerns about them attending a group or therapy around domestic abuse.

If you are a parent or guardian who would like support for your child, please contact us via our Helpline - details are here
