We are experiencing an unprecedented demand for our services.

To manage this, we are prioritising those in most need and at highest risk.

We are continuing to encourage anyone who is needing support to contact us and will respond as quickly as we can.

We ask for your patience if you don't hear from us as soon as you'd like.

If you are in immediate danger, call 999.

RISE is a confidential service. However, if you tell us something that makes us think you or others are not safe, or where the law requires, we will share this with other agencies (police, social services, ambulance). We will try to ask your permission and keep you informed.
