RISE Helpline

We have a domestic abuse helpline for people aged 16+ in Brighton & Hove. If you think you may be in an abusive relationship you can call our helpline on 01273 622 822. Our helpline is open on Monday and Tuesday mornings 9.30 - 12.30pm; please call during these times if you would like to speak to us.

Victim Support

Provides a Domestic Abuse Specialist Service for young people aged 16+. Call their helpline on 0300 323 9985 which is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. You can also reach their 24/7 Supportline on 0808 1689 111.

Survivors Network

Supports survivors of sexual violence of all ages and genders in Sussex. Their helpline is open to anyone aged 14+ who have experienced sexual violence, abuse or harassment. Call 0300 102 3380 on Mondays 7-9pm or Wednesdays 12-1.30pm.

Switchboard

A service for LGBTQ+ people affected by domestic abuse. Open to people aged 16+. Call 0800 0119 100 (open 10am - 10pm every day) or email [email protected].

Galop

Supports LGBTQ+ people who have experienced abuse and violence, including hate crime, domestic abuse and sexual violence. Open to people aged 18+ and is open Mondays and Tuesdays 9.15 - 8pm, Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays 9.15am - 4.30pm. Call 0800 999 5428 or email [email protected].
