When was the last time you emptied out your penny jar? For many of us, it's gathering dust as we can do more online and make fewer trips to the bank.

If you've got pennies lying around, count them up, pay them into your bank account and donate them to us by bank transfer

Perhaps your friends could do this as well. Why not get together and count them up in person?

Remember that no donation is too small to count. They all add up and every single penny you raise WILL help women and children affected by Domestic Violence and/or Abuse.
