RISE working with organisations including Money Advice Plus and Thrivin’ Together on a project funded by GREO - an independent, non-profit organisation specialising in research, knowledge mobilisation, and evaluation, primarily focusing on reducing harms related to gambling - which will look at experiences of relationship struggles in relation to gambling. This includes domestic abuse, financial coercion and fraud.

We are seeking women who have gambled, or are an affected other of someone who gambles or has gambled to form a lived experience group. We want to find out about their experience of any support they received, or would have liked to receive. We are also seeking their input on the development of services and professional training.

We expect this to take the form of 1-1 interviews of 1-2 hours, and a focus group. We will decide with participants whether this is to be a one off engagement or more ongoing. We have a budget for compensation of your time.
